Method invoked at build time to create a concrete AspectConfiguration instance specifically for the current Aspect type.

Remarks
This method should not set up the returned AspectConfiguration. After the current method has returned, the SetAspectConfiguration(AspectConfiguration, Object) method will be invoked, and this method is responsible for setting up the AspectConfigurationobject.
