Gets the factory of value adapters (IValueAdapter), which make it possible, for example, to cache objects such as Stream or IEnumerable, which could not be cached otherwise.

Remarks
Each backend has its own ValueAdapterFactory. Register custom value adapters on the backend that you assign to DefaultBackend.
