Remarks

This class should not be used in any code. It is only mentioned for the sake of documenting the XML file.

In the verbosity element, the order of the source elements matters: an element overrides the previous ones for the namespaces and types under its name.

Name	Description
Transactions	The `transactions` element, which has children named `policy`. Defines a list of policies that determine how transactions should be logged.
Verbosity	The `verbosity` XML element. Specifies the verbosity when none of the transactions defined in Transactions matches.
