Remarks
Typed IDurableRef<T> rather than IRef<T> so that the requirement is stated in the type rather than left to the constructor, which already performed the conversion. A pull strategy is reachable from a transitive aspect instance that the design-time pipeline stores per document, so a compilation-bound reference here would pin the version it was created in for the whole editing session.
