Durable and immutable because an options object is cached and reused across compilations. The two contracts are what makes the separation from Metalama.Patterns.Observability.Implementation.IObservabilityStrategyImplementation necessary: a per-target worker holds an aspect builder and code model references, and could satisfy neither.
