Example: INotifyPropertyChanged with dependencies (2)

This is a second implementation strategy of INotifyPropertyChanged that uses the Roslyn API to analyze the syntax tree. This design supports dependencies on properties of the base class, and moved the smart logic into OnPropertyChanged.
