Signature
Gets the Invoke method of the delegate type of the event, which carries the signature that a
handler of the event must have.

Remarks
This property is equivalent to Type.Facets.Delegate.InvokeMethod. It requires Type to
be a delegate, which the C# compiler guarantees for an event that it accepts, and it fails for the event
of a type that is not a delegate, which a compilation that contains errors can still produce. Read
Delegate instead of this property in code that has to
accept such an event.
